I’ve recently moved to the area and was a little nervous about finding someone new for my Botox and filler, but I’m so glad I found Dr Charlotte. Having someone with a medical background is really important to me, and I felt completely safe and in very knowledgeable hands from the start.

I’ve had Botox and filler before and can honestly say this was somehow the least painful experience I’ve had! Dr Charlotte was so lovely and chatty, which made the whole appointment feel really relaxed and easy.
She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and how I like my results, natural and fresh, with just enough definition from the cheek filler. There was absolutely no pressure to have more than I wanted, and I really appreciated how involved I felt in the whole process.

I visited Dr Charlotte for my first ever anti-wrinkle treatment. I was initially nervous but she made me feel very at ease! Her clinic was lovely and clean. We had a very thorough consultation. She followed up with the option of a top-up treatment, however, I didn’t need one as I was so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I recently had a microneedling treatment and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The clinic was beautiful, welcoming and instantly made me feel relaxed.

What I loved most was that it felt like a proper skin treatment rather than just a procedure. The treatment began with a thorough double cleanse, followed by a peel to prepare my skin. A nourishing serum was then applied before microneedling, and everything was explained clearly throughout. To finish, I was treated to a soothing face mask and cooling ice globes, which felt amazing and left my skin feeling refreshed and calm.
